However, Nokia pulled a last minute swerve and has chose to name it Nokia 8. Now after the Nokia 6 made available online, the other two smartphones will not join the online sale which may effect the sale a bit more for the Nokia devices. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor that features Adreno 505 graphics processor. It is also said to house 4 GB of RAM and up to 64 GB of internal storage. Thus, the size of the apparatus will be comparable to Samsung S8, the screen which has a diagonal of 5.2 inches and a very thin frame at the top and bottom.

Moreover, the report has also said that the Nokia 8 will be available with a Snapdragon 835 processor - the latest chipset from Qualcomm. According to earlier speculations, the much-rumoured flagship smartphone was hinted to be called Nokia 9, but the latest buzz is that in all probability it will be called Nokia 8. In other countries, however, the price will be slightly lower. Furthermore, the Nokia 8 may come with 5.7-inch display, as well as 2K technology. Earlier there were rumours that revealed that HMD Global is working on two new high-end devices, aka Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 and both the smartphone will be launched in the second half. Right now we are not sure about Nokia 9, but the new report indicates at the upcoming Nokia 8.

For photography, the Nokia 8 is said to be equipped with the dual rear camera setup featuring a pair of 13-megapixel lenses along with dual LED flash.

It was expected to be coming with high camera and storage specifications. This maybe because, Nokia's mid-range devices such as Nokia 5, Nokia 6 are yet to hit the global markets officially.
